Buyer’s Representations and Warranties
The buyer represents and warrants that they have the right, power, and authority to accept these terms and fulfill all their obligations under this contract without any restrictions.
FREE Delivery
All artworks are shipped free of charge via a specialized carrier (DHL, UPS, or any equivalent service).
The Artist covers the insurance costs for the artworks at their retail value during transit.
Any applicable import taxes and customs duties are also covered by the Artist, ensuring a hassle-free receipt with no additional costs for the buyer.
Payments
Products must be paid for by credit or debit card.
The customer must pay the product price, as stated in the order, before shipping and delivery.
The amount will be charged to your credit or debit card immediately after purchasing the products. During the transaction process, we will issue an electronic receipt, which will be sent to the email address you provided.
Your payment information will be processed and secured with the utmost care and used solely for the purpose of processing the product purchase.
Custom Orders (Commissions) Policy
A 50% deposit is required to secure a custom artwork order. This deposit is non-refundable, so please ensure you are fully committed to owning an original artwork before making this payment. If financial difficulties arise during the waiting or creation process, a 6-month installment plan is available for the final balance.
The remaining balance is due upon completion of the artwork before shipping.
The Artist reserves the right to complete the order within a reasonable estimated timeframe, typically between 10 to 20 business days for a medium-sized artwork.
No returns are accepted for custom-ordered artwork.
Return Policy
I strive to ensure that all my customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. However, if for any reason you are not happy with your new painting, you may return it for a full refund.
You have the right to withdraw from the contract without providing a reason within fourteen days from the receipt of your order.
If you encounter an issue, please contact me as soon as possible at jumaqui@gmail.com If you decide to return an item, you must confirm your decision by email.
Please note that no refunds can be issued after the fourteen-day period. In case of cancellation, I will refund all payments received once the returned artwork has been received. Refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance. All items must be returned in their original condition.
Please note that shipping and associated return costs are at your expense.
I reserve the right to reject any poorly packaged or damaged artwork.
Legal Notice & Intellectual Property Protection
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, photographs, paintings, illustrations, videos, and any other graphical or multimedia elements, is protected by intellectual property and copyright laws.
Any reproduction, representation, modification, distribution, or exploitation, in whole or in part, of these elements without the prior written permission of the Artist is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of intellectual property rights that may result in legal action.
The artworks displayed on this website are the exclusive creations of Jumaqui Mamani and remain the property of the Artist, even after purchase, unless otherwise stated in a contractual agreement. Any unauthorized use may be subject to legal sanctions under applicable laws.

Risk of Loss
All items purchased from Jumaqui Mamani are shipped under a shipping contract.
This means that the risk of loss and title of these items are transferred to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Jumaqui Mamani will insure the purchased products at their retail value during shipping.
Please check the delivered products upon receipt, as the Artist will not cover any loss or damage occurring afterward.
Disputes
In the event of a dispute related to an order or the interpretation of these terms and conditions, and if no amicable resolution is reached, the competent court will be a usa court.
The applicable law will be exclusively usa law.
